Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the products in their original molecular-grade packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all seals are secure.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our lab team verifies the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
